Version dates: applies beginning May 30, 2026; revised May 30, 2026.
1. Policy Coverage
This Privacy Policy applies to Lomori, a utility app operated for personal use. It covers information handled when you use the app, make an in-app purchase, send a privacy or support request, or otherwise communicate with the operator about the app.
The policy also applies where service providers process information for hosting, analytics, payment-related routing, security, diagnostics, customer communication, or legal administration. If a separate app marketplace, device platform, or third-party service presents its own privacy terms, that service is responsible for its own information practices.
2. Sensitive Information Context
Some information a person chooses to record in a personal utility app can be private or sensitive because it may reflect preferences, routines, wellbeing, or other personal circumstances. Lomori treats that context as relevant to how information should be handled, even when the app does not require a formal health-care relationship or regulated medical record.
Information should be entered only when you are comfortable storing or sharing it through the app. Do not add another person’s private information unless you have a lawful and appropriate basis to do so. If applicable law gives special protection to certain categories of personal information, those protections may affect how requests, deletion, access, or other rights are handled.
3. Limited Information
Lomori receives only the categories reasonably tied to app operation and legal administration. Those categories can include content you choose to keep in the app, activity needed to maintain the service, technical signals used for reliability or security, purchase confirmations from an app marketplace or payment provider, and messages sent to the operator.
Service providers may return limited metadata such as transaction status, diagnostic events, timestamps, device identifiers, region settings, or request headers. What is available depends on your device settings, operating system, app marketplace, and the providers used to run the app.
Not all information is controlled by the operator. Some records may remain only on your device, while other records may stay with the platform or provider that processes a transaction or communication.
4. Why certain records may be needed for the app
Information is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Lomori; process and confirm in-app purchases; respond to privacy, legal, and support communications; detect abuse or technical issues; comply with legal duties; and preserve rights where a dispute, investigation, or legal claim requires it.
For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases for processing may include performance of a contract where the app or a purchase is provided to you, consent where required by law or settings, legitimate interests in securing and improving the app and responding to requests, legal obligation where records must be kept or disclosed, and legal claims where information is needed to establish, defend, or resolve a matter.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
Provider access is limited to work needed for Lomori's operation, such as hosting, diagnostics, security, communications, app-store distribution, purchase routing, and other support for the mobile app. Those providers are expected to use the relevant information only for assigned purposes and under their own legal or contractual duties.
Apple, another authorized marketplace, a payment processor, tax service, or related platform provider may handle in-app purchase details. The operator may receive status information, receipt details, transaction identifiers, or similar confirmation records, while payment credentials are normally processed by the marketplace or payment provider.
Disclosure may also occur when needed for legal compliance, lawful requests, misuse review, rights enforcement, business transfers, user protection, app protection, or claim handling. The operator does not sell a user-profile list.
6. Storage and Deletion
Information is kept for the period reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Different retention periods may apply to app content, diagnostic records, purchase confirmations, legal correspondence, and provider logs because those records serve different legal or operational purposes.
Records may be deleted, anonymized, or separated from identifying details when they are no longer needed. Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, provider systems, transaction records, audit logs, or legal files where immediate deletion is not technically practical or where retention is required for compliance, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal-claims purposes.
Where information exists only on your device, deletion may depend on your device actions and settings. Where a provider or app marketplace controls the record, requests may need to be directed to that provider as well.
7. Safeguards used to reduce privacy risk
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are used to reduce the risk of improper access, loss, or misuse of information. These measures may include provider controls, access limits, secure transmission where appropriate, monitoring, and internal handling rules.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to prevent every risk. You should use reasonable care with your device, app access, backups, and communications, especially when choosing what private content to store or send.
8. When age-related protections may matter
Lomori is intended for people who have the legal capacity to use a personal utility app or who use it with appropriate involvement from a parent or guardian. If the operator learns that information has been provided by a person who cannot lawfully consent or participate under applicable law, reasonable steps may be taken to delete the information or limit its use.
Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided personal information through the app may use the privacy request channel below. The response may depend on the information available, applicable law, and whether the relevant record can be identified or controlled by the operator.
9. Rights Available to You
Privacy rights vary by location, but they may include the ability to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority or other regulator where local law provides that right.
Requests are reviewed according to applicable law and the operator’s ability to verify and act on the relevant information. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal duties, transaction records, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or the rights of another person.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction of processing in certain cases, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis for a particular processing activity. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that continues under another lawful basis.
10. Where privacy questions and requests should go
Privacy requests for Lomori should be directed to help@lomori.app. Include enough general information for the operator to review the request and respond under the law.
The operator may limit or redirect a response when the requested action depends on records held outside its control or when applicable law requires another result.
11. Updates to this notice and how they apply
This policy may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in law, service providers, app operation, security practices, or legal requirements. When a revision is made, the updated version will identify its revision date, and the current version will apply from the date stated for that version.
Material changes may be communicated through the app, the website, marketplace listing, or another reasonable channel when required or appropriate. Continued use of Lomori after an updated policy becomes available means the updated privacy terms apply to information handled after that point, subject to any rights or consents that applicable law requires.
